Çiğdem received her bachelor’s degree in law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and her master’s degree in labor law from Leiden University. After graduating in 2020, she worked as a labor law lawyer at a trade union, where she assisted employees in disputes with their employers. She then gained broad experience within the legal profession, with a strong focus on international cases at the intersection of labor and migration law.
Çiğdem specializes in labor and employment migration law, with particular expertise in the area of cross-border working. This combination of labor law and labor migration makes her approach effective and practical – especially for employers with an international employment practice.
