Çiğdem received her bachelor’s degree in law from Erasmus University Rotterdam and her master’s degree in employment law from Leiden University. After graduating in 2020, she worked as an employment lawyer at a trade union, where she assisted employees in disputes with their employers. She then gained broad experience within the legal profession, with a strong focus on international cases at the intersection of employment and corporate migration law.
Çiğdem specializes in employment law and corporate immigration law, with particular expertise in the area of cross-border working.
